Get swept up in the romance as one of ABA’s most beloved ballets returns to the Truett Hall stage in Fort Worth, Saturday, June 8 at 5pm. The classic tale of Cinderella is brought to life as an ordinary girl experiences one magical night, thanks to her Fairy Godmother and a pair of glass slippers! Art Ballet’s Cinderella will have audience amazed with gorgeous backdrops, stage sets and costumes, Sergei Prokofiev’s well-loved music, and special guest dancer Andrey Prikhodko (formerly principal dancer with Metropolitan Classical Ballet) as Prince Charming. We are also excited to feature Art Ballet’s own Samantha Wright-Vargas in the leading role of Cinderella and Mia Hall in the role of the Fairy Godmother. Samantha and Mia are the top place winners at the YAGP and the World Ballet international competitions. They will be joined by a cast of 100+ others, including several of the guest professional dancers that DFW audiences have enjoyed during this season in The Nutcracker.
